Galient woke to a familiar light. The sun, he thought as he opened his eyes and noticed the blanket that was wrapped around him. He smiled as he quietly thanked Ophelia. He stripped off the blanket and stood. He had no idea what he looked like, but it must've looked horrifying. His hair felt like it stood up on end and his clothes were all rumpled. He brushed himself, trying to straighten his clothes and hair, and made his way to the door. Before he opened the door, he thought, I wonder if Ophelia is awake or not. He smiled crookedly as he thought of a joke he could play. Sleeping Beauty was his motive.
He slowly crept down the hallway to what he thought was her room. He opened the door quietly and moved his way inside without making any noise. It was a white room, pretty, and the blinds were closed although the sun seeped through them. He smiled as he saw Ophelia under the black and white covers of her bed. He walked carefully to Ophelia and whisked the hair out of her face and smiled a genuine grin at her lovely, sleeping face.
Galient bent his head down and tried to decide how to kiss her. He knew that if her kissed her too harsh, he wouldn't stop unless she did. Although it was morning, he still felt that desire rising in him. If he kissed too soft she might not even feel it and stay asleep. So his other option was gentle and slow. The moment his lips touched hers gently, Galient could feel that tingling even more than the day before. It was all over his body now and there was no wy of stopping it unless he severed from Ophelia. He backed away slowly and whiped the last shreads of hair she had left on her face away. "Wake up, sleeping beauty." He said into her ear.

Ophelia's conciousness peaked through as he kissed her. She groaned slightly in responce to his words and rolled over, pulling into another feetal position. Too...comfortable...she thought to herself. He was going to have to do better than that if he wanted her up. She was always stuborn in the mornings, never really had been a morning person to begin with. It was somewhat appropriate now.
She shook her head briefly and pulled a pillow over her head. Wow, am I immature...she thought as she drifted in and out of sleep. Ophelia didn't realize that her shirt had been pulled down on her shoulder, revealing the ink of her tatoo. It was a simple quarter note with bat wings, once again, very appropriate for her. She was well out of the sunlight, since her bed was in the farthest corner of the room she felt rather safe here. You can't make meeeeee...she sang in her head, she really was quite childish sometimes.

He 'hmphed' as she rolled over. He smiled brighter and sat down nxt to her on the bed. "Don't make me do this," He warned. He knew that if he did do what he was planning, it would be very childish. He waited for her to stir, but no such thing happened. He sighed and said, "Fine, you've left me no choice." He set his hands around her waist and started to tickle her. Like he had thought, childish, but it was always something his mother would do to him or his brother when they wouldn't wake up. He'd learned from that experience because if he didn't awake after that, then his father would come in and put ice on his face. It was all playful, yes, but it got both him and his brother up in the morning. Unlike their sister, Hayley, because she was a morning person. Neither Galient or Euan were morning people, so it seemed as if Hayley was the better child.
Galient kept tickling while he bent down to her ear, "Come on, wake up, Ophelia." He said encouragingly. He kissed her cheek and stopped tickling for a moment. "Come one, Ophelia, I know that you're childish, but seriously?" He said, trying to provoke her to wake up. He started tickling her again. "I'll stop if you wake up." He said, smiling at her wiggling from the tickling. He laughed quietly, trying to stifle it. He climbed up on the bed even more so he was comfortable. He knew this was going to take awhile.

A small, frantic "eek" came from under the pillow as she tried to squirm away. She hadn't been tickled in years, not since she was about five or six. This was ridiculous, but Ophelia couldn't stop from laughing much longer. No matter how much she tried to stifle it.
When he stopped, she rolled over and blew raspberries at him out from under the pillow and finally took it off her head. "Nice hair." She said sarcastically as she ran her fingers through Galient's hair, making it stand up even more than it already did. Ophelia didn't really move from her spot, but at least her eyes were open now. Bianca had heard the rucus from downstairs and had come to investigate. She jumped on to the bed and trotted up to Ophelia to stand on her waist and arm. Bianca gave a very flamboyant mrow type noise. Ophelia glanced at her, "Can I help you with something?" She said as she picked up Bianca, as she rolled over on her back. Bianca squirmed in the air and made another meow.

He ran another hand through his hair as he laughed nervously. He grinned at Bianca and lay down by Ophelia. Both of them were looking at the ceiling or the coffee-colored cat. He laughed as Bianca meowed again. "I don't think Bianca likes where she's at, at the moment." He said, rolling onto his side and propped his head up on his elbow. "And, believe it or not, this hair takes awhile to be perfect as you saw last night." He laughed again ince, embarrassed that he was bragging about how long it took him to make his hair look good. He saw a few strands of hair in his face and noticed that some of the black dye he used was melting away, in a sense. The ends of his hair were his natural color, light brown. He needed to dye it again, or else it would look an awful sandy color because dye made his natural hair fade.
His head rested upon left hand that was being propped by his elbow. He stared at Ophelia, and then realized he had had a dream about her last night. It started as Ophelia in the woods, sitting under a tree. Like last night, only it wasn't himself he saw in the dream that walked up to her and sat next to her. It was another man. A young man with more messed up hair than Galient in the morning. He wore a leather jacket and a v-neck gray shirt underneath. His jeans were worn, but new. They probably came that way. He was too graceful to be a human, so Galient thought the boy was a vampire. Immediatley, Galient was jealous as he watched Ophelia stand up next to him. And after she stood, the boy took her chin in his hand and pulled her face up to his. He bent down and that was when the dream ended.
Galient stared at Ophelia, playing the dream through his head. Was it a vision? Of the past or the future? Was it just a dream? he thought. No, it must've been real because the...image of it seemed so life-like. His eyebrows furrowed in concentration as he thought upon the dream that had occured. The woods seemed just like the ones he and Ophelia had been in. She was sitting under the same tree, even. He looked like he was staring at Ophelia, but really he was just staring into the distance in her eyes. Although she wasn't looking at him at the moment, he could still see her bright blue eyes shining from the sun that peered into the room through the blinds. He sighed as he thought the questions of the dream again. Perhaps he had been imagining it and he was only getting himself worked up.

Ophelia smiled at him and set Bianca down, letting her scamper off. Then Ophelia realized that he had become very quiet. She noticed his brow was furrowed but he wasn't looking at her. Curious, she thought, trying to remember something Galient? Ophelia rolled over on her side to face him and pulled her hair out from under her, flinging it over on to her other shoulder. She studied Galient's face for a while, wondering if he'd notice she was staring at him. He didn't, so she raised an eyebrow and waved a small hand in his face. "Galient? You there?" she questioned, trying to get his attention. Ophelia leaned forward slightly and kissed his nose in a playful manner. "What are you thinking about?" This puzzled Ophelia, then something caught her attention, other than the sunlight seeping through the blinds. It was a smell, a very familiar scent. She believed it belonged to Ricky, the young vampire who had tried to hit on her the other day. What were you doing here, you pompus ass? The thought of Ricky being here nauseated her. He had no reason to be here. No reason whatsoever.

Galient noticed Ophelia's voice and snapped out of his deep thought. He wasn't sure if he should tell her about the dream he had. She would probably either get flustered or be angry. He saw on her face that she was already angry and that she didn't to be any more aggravated. "Nothin'." He said playfully, "What are you thinking about?" He said kissing her nose the way she had kissed his. He wanted so much to know what the dream was about. Who was the man in his dream that kissed Ophelia? Did she know him, were they friends? Could this be in the future and Ophelia would do the exact same thing to Galient as she did to Demetri? Would Ophelia cheat on Galient and elope with this mystery man in his dream?
He finally decided to just ask her who the man was if she knew him, "Do you know a man who has scraggly hair and wears a leather jacket?" That was when Galient noticed the mood in the room had changed. Something or someone was making Ophelia feel this way. Her mood had darkened the room a bit, and Galient noticed. "What is it, Ophelia? What's wrong?" He siad, leaning down toward Ophelia's face so that were only a few inches apart. He nuzzled his head on her cheek and kissed it softly. "Tell me, please." He said quietly, and he could probably guess that this was too intimate for him, but he didn't care. He wanted this, to be next to her, this close. Nothing else could make him more happy, but it seemed that Ophelia was pretty angry at the time. Galient kissed her cheek again and slowly slid his lips down to her throat. He kissed it gently and waited for Ophelia to answer if she ever would.

Ophelia gave him a small smile as he snapped back. She couldn't remember her dream unfortunatly, she rarely did unless it was somesort of preminsion. "Just you..." she responded to his first question. She was very content, dispite Ricky sniffing around her home again, she was very happy with where she layed and with who.
Her eyes widened slightly as he described Ricky. Was that what he was thinking about? Did he dream about it? She couldn't help but wonder. "Yeah actually...this snotty little vampire named Ricky." Her brow furrowed as she continued "He chased a deer into the yard the other day when I was fiddling on the roof and he started talking to me and ended up hitting on me. Needless to say I made him leave." She shivered in disgust as she remembered the experience. "What a creeper. Not to mention, I think he came back around her last night, his sent is all over the yard, I can smell it from here. Was he what you were thinking about? Did you dream about him?"

He nodded as he kissed her neck again. He left his head there, by her neck. He didn't want to move. This was his place and he never wanted to move. "He hit on you? What a creep." He said, looking up at her eyes. He smiled as he lifted an eyebrow, "You think he was here last night? Why would he do that?" Then, as if by suprise, he could sense that someone had been here. He felt inferior to Ophelia. He was human, sure, and she probably thought it better if you were human, but he didn't have a lot of things she did. Everyone had ups and downs. It just so happened that vampires had the shorter end of the stick.
He felt nervous again, someone was here last night. Not just anyone, but Ricky. A creep that hit on Ophelia. She could've been hurt by him. Or Ricky could've /tried/ to. And Galient would've been too busy sleeping. It was true, Galient was a deep sleeper, which wasn't good for his job. Who knew when a strange animal or creature would come to kill him? And now he had to worry about Ophelia too. Great, he thought sarcastically. He wrapped his arms around Ophelia and held her. No harm will come to you, he thought as he kissed her neck again. Only, this time he didn't stop to lay his head down. He kept on kissing, not stopping. He spoke while kissing, "No one'll come in here as long as I'm here."

"I'm not sure...maybe the wind blew the scent around." She blushed as he kissed her neck again. I hope you know how sensitive that is, dear...especially since that...is where it was taking. She refered to the only scars that would never leave her skin. The bite marks. Ophelia bit her bottom lip as he laid another kiss there.
A smile crossed her pale, pink lips. The words slipped into her hear and made her feel very safe indeed. Ophelia snuggled her head under Galient's chin. She closed her eyes as she listened to his steady pulse. Nice and strong. She closed her eyes and wrapped her arms around his waist, trying to make him feel as safe as she did. You're so sweet, Galient...if you think I'd cheat on you with that little creeper. She glanced up to look at him, only to see his neck. She could hear his pulse very clearly. She remembered the conversation from last night and her smile faded a touch.
She didn't realize that she was spacing out, especially staring at his neck. Ophelia snapped out of it a little and nuzzled his neck very gently and rested her head on his shoulder. Why am I doing this? It's like I can't control myself. I gotta stop. I must be hungry, I have to stop, I can't do it. I won't do it. She snapped out of it fully and stayed there, her eyes closed and brow furrowed.
