Alexandria entered The Lunar Eclipse in good spirits. She was looking good and ready for some fun. Her normal hi-top converse had been traded in for a pair that went up to her knees. She felt about the same as she looked. Great. She smiled to herself and ordered rum and coke on the rocks. She leaned back against the bar and sipped at her drink, her eyes opened for anyone appealing who might happen to walk past her. She wasn't worried about anything.
It didn't matter that The Lunar Eclipse was a known wolf hotspot. It didn't matter that the room was undoubtebly mixed with humans, vamps, and wolves that weren't her own pack. Whether they were visitors or packless wolves who had taken up residence in Dawson, they were out there.
It also didn't matter that alcohol inhibited her senses. She could take home a high ranking member of a rival pack and neither of them would think anything of it because they would both be too drunk to even go through the process of those need to know pleasantries.
She shrugged it off and sipped at her rum and coke.

Crystal was bouncing around the room, talking to the people in it. Her band was preforming here tonight, but they were having tech problems. She was leavign it to them, since chances were good their equipment would blow up if she touched it. She noticed another female hanging out near the bar and bounced over. She was the alpha of her motly 'pack' but she often had an omega wolfs sense of fun and energy.
"Heya! I'm Crystal, Crystal Larksong. It's my group that's supposed to be preforming here tonight. Who are you?" She bounced around happily. Her clashing outfit of black and white striped tights, a sparkly and pom-pomed tank top and a blaringly loud neon orange cowboy hat offset by navy blue rainboots made her stand out. The bartender put a glass of iced tea by her hand, knowing full and well what she always ordered. She took it with a nod of thanks, a cheerful grin planted upon her face.
"So... you here for the entertainment or to get wasted or what?" She tipped her brown haired head to the side, blue eyes sparkling happily. There was no getting her down for long, and she knew that her friends would figure out the technology sooner or later and she'd be back to work.

Alexandria turned her head sharply at the sound of someone else. It was another female. She was shocking, to say the least. Her crystalline eyes looked up and down this newcomer, Crystal she said her name was. Odd Duckling. Her outfit was something similar to the rainbow vomiting all over her. This Crystal wore an odd combination of colors. Some that Alex would never have thought to put together in any sense of mind, ever. She nodded casually.
"Alexandria." She replied to the others first question. She looked down at her forest green and black corset top and adjusted the lacing. She was comfortable in her coordinating outfit. It wasn't that she disliked Crystal's outfit, it made her seem eccentric, as a clothing designer, she was very OCD about her outfits matching and she had done well with a forest green and black top, tight black capris with silver pinstripes and forest green converse. She let out a sigh of relief internally and turned back to the other female.
She brushed her red hair from her eyes and smiled, "Entertainment of the... male sort." Her smiled turned into a somewhat mischievous grin and she cast a look out among the dancing crowd. There was a few she would consider going up to, but she was not yet intoxicated enough to do that. She took another sip of her rum. "And to get a little wasted."

Crystal grinned, a bright and honest grin that could only come from the innocent. However, Crystal wasn't innocent. Her smile had always looked like that, allowing her to get away with a lot. She sipped at her iced tea, one eye on the stage. Her friends would let her know when things were fixed and ready.
"Hehe, I hear you. Diversion is fun isn't it Alexandria? I dunno about getting wasted, for one I'm not legal and for two I don't much like the scent of alcohol. What rank are you? I can tell you're like me, but I can't figure out what rank." Her swift chatter was amiable and a little girly. Her gaudy outfit flashed and stood out, drawing the eyes of many people in the room. Some of them, knowing or guessing her age, turned away rather quickly. Others turned to look at the person beside her and still others kept looking at her. For all she acted that she didn't notice she was acutly aware of their stares, and enjoyed the attention.

Alexandria let out a short laugh and took a drink from her glass. It was now half empty. "Indeed it is," She muttered, her eyes scanning the room. She noticed the stares but wondered whether they were for her or the interesting little were beside her. She laughed softly.
"Pah, underage. Canada is the best place on earth with it's drinking age at nineteen instead of twenty-one, in Quebec, it's eighteen. God Bless Canada." She smiled and took another drink. Boy did Alex love Dawson and not just because of the alcohol. The selection of good looking male specimens was excellent. She smiled and looked at Crystal.
"I'm nobody." She replied, her blue eyes closing half way. She took a deep breath. It was true. She was nobody to her pack. She wasn't special or anything. She was just the kid they'd picked up in New Orleans. That hadn't been a real choice on their part or anything. It was either take the fifteen year old in off the streets or risk having an adolescent werewolf just starting her life as a werewolf alone to terrorize innocents during the full moon. It was a no brainer. She was nobody.

Crystal frowned, tipping her head to the left as was her signal that she didn't quiet understand or like something. She had never been a nobody, or met a nobody. Suddenly a light sparked in her eyes, she had an idea. If her tail had been visable it would have been wagging.
"You don't hafta be a nobody. You could be part of my band. New members are always welcomed. Just watch out cuz one of us is a human who doesn't even know what trouble he's in. I bet you'd have fun with it to!" She laughed in her girlish way and looked at the older woman, tipping her head to the left, her eyes both measuring and questioning the older wolf. Suddenly a large african woman waved to Crystal from the stage and she was off like a shot. Weaving through the crowds to the stage she then jumped on with a big grin on her face.
"Alrighty folks!" She started cheerfully, grabbing the mic easily. "Now that the little twitch is solved why don't we get this place rocking?" A small roar from the crowd answered her and she nodded to her friends. They started off with "Hold On" a song originally from the band Good Charlotte.

Alexandria pressed a hand against her chest and smiled her first real smile of the night. "That is really nice of you, but I must decline. I don't play instruments." She said, downing the rest of her rum and coke and setting it on the counter. She shrugged and pulled her wallet from her purse. She extracted a business card.
"I'm a clothing designer. I admire your style, I could never do it. I'm so narotic about my clothes matching. It's unbelieveable, but I want you to call me sometime. We can work something out and maybe some big company will buy your style with a bit of a Starrling flair. If nothing else, you will get way popular, way fast. And that is not too bad." She said with a smile. She wasn't trying to rip Crystal off, she honestly thought the girl had something special.
She waved as the girl had to go up on stage. They were a good group, she could tell in the first few minutes. If this deal was made, the whole continent woud know just how good they were.
