The death of Medusa, the resurrection of the Kishin...
Shinigami has been defeated, or so it assumed, by the Kishin. No trace of the God of Death can be found and the barrier surrounding Death City has dissipated. The witches have free reign and many meisters and weapons, both young and old, are being hunted and exterminated. The world is slowly, but steadily, descending into madness.
A rumor has appeared that there is a massive amount of magical energy being dispensed in the outer islands around the country of Japan, drawing the interest of all that remain in Shibusen and Death City. It is a possible stronghold for witches planning on one final, devastating attack on the meisters and weapons of Shibusen... or the sanctuary of those beings that live with magic but do not use it to harm others. There is no definitive source of information.
Now Death the Kid is in the role his father once had, attempting to bring the world back to a state of safety, sanity and defeat the Kishin once again. All he has to rely on is his wits, his weapons, his friends... and unsteady rumors and hints of things to come. The job is not an easy one and many allies are not what they once were or what they seem to be...
Just getting started, this is moderate-to-advanced RPG based on the new, hit series Soul Eater. Original characters allowed, canon characters available to be applied for; there all sorts of wacky hijinks as well as a deeper plot for people to participate in. If you don't know what Soul Eater is, that's fine! You can consider it as a sort of supernatural high school RP and those of us who do know the series can help you along. We welcome everyone, so come join us! :)
