"I lost it..."Ayre trailed off and looked down. He was suprised when her tone softened and she pulled him up. He didn't fight or pull away he just walked with her. Ayre could see why Galient loved this woman. She was stern when it was necessary but wasn't a complete bitch. He sat down on the couch and clasped his hand. He couldn't help but notice that they trembled slightly. He clenched them and swallowed. He didn't bother to look up at Galient in fear that for some reason Galient would be ashamed of him for losing control so fast. Instead he kept his gaze on his clasped hands and focused on breathing in and out. Ayre could hardly believe he was a vampire now. It was almost like a dream. More like a nightmare, for him. He ran his tongue over the sharp edges of his fangs and winced slightly as they cut into his tongue ,a bit, drawing a small droplet of blood.

"I noticed." Ophelia said in a softer tone, peering around at Galient coming off the stares and standing next to her. She gave him an amused smile as he opened his arms to hug her. Shruging, Ophelia wrapped her arms around his waist and nuzzled his chest as an "I forgive you for this mess" gesture.
"Alright, so I got a new shipment of blood packs while I was out," she informed Galient, pointing to the back pack leaning against the couch. "And we have a new 'lawn orniment' thanks to Ayre, so would you be willing to clean that up, love?" She tired not to sugar coat her words too much as she asked him to deal with the corpse on the front lawn. "I'll take care of Ayre."

Galient sighed unhappily as Ophelia let go of him and asked him to clean up the mess in the front yard. He wondered what it was. He nodded, "Of course..." He swallowed, and left without giving a look to Ayre. As he stepped outside he saw a man by the woods with a circle of blood around him. A small one, though, which explained why most of it was probably on Ayre's shirt and inside of his stomach. Galient held his breath and picked it up. He walked a little farther into the forest and found the lake. He tied a big boulder to the body and dumped it in. He clapped his hands, rubbing dirt off, and headed back to the house. He was glad Ophelia wasn't angry at him, although she should be. He did something totally stupid and childish. Selfish. He brushed his hair from his face and stepped inside the front door.

When Galient let the house, Ophelia let out a deep breath and slumped forward a little, trying to relieve the stress of the situation. I can't believe this, she thought to herself, Galient hasn't even been a vampire for three months and he already turned someone. Well, if he absolutely had to I guess...it's alright.
Standing up straight again, she grabbed the back pack up off the floor and unzipped it, taking out three blood packs and handing them to Ayre. "Drink until you're full." Ophelia smiled down on Ayre pleasantly before she zipped over to the kitchen. "You're probably experiencing some eye discomfort right now. It's because it was still light out when you were turned. Your eyes are now much more sensitive to light, if you take in too much light you're going to get a migraine." While explaining this, she opened the fridge and stacked the blood packs in the veggie drawer. Before returning to the living room, Ophelia turned off the lights to accommodate Ayre's new eyes.

Ayre nodded slightly. He took the bags full of blood that she handed to him. The curly haired male set the other to down and sank his fangs into the first. The bad was easily punctured and the sweet liquid sloshed into his mouth. He finished it off and continued onto the second one. Ayre was pretty full by the third bag but he drained it anyway. He listened to Ophelia and when she mentioned his eyes he realized that they did have a slight uncomfortable feeling. He blinked. Ayre had been so drawn to his thrist that he hadn't realized it. He was relieved to notice that his thrist was gone though. Ayre sighed lightly. "I'm sorry for any trouble I may cause,Ma'am."He said apologetically. Ayre ran a hand through his curly hair then let his hand drop to his side. Everything felt to weird and unreal. He wondered when Galient would get back.

Galient walked into the door and sighed. He finally gave Ayre a look when Ophelia left the room. He glanced down at the blood packs that were empty beside Ayre. He felt so ashamed. And now, if it wasn't enough that Ayre was probably angry with Galient, so was Ophelia. He shook his head and looked down as he practically glided to the couch. He sat next to Ayre. He glanced up at Ayre then back down at his folded hands. "I can't believe I did this to you...It was so selfish." He turned and tried to discover some weird shape in the wall he culd stare at. Nothing. He sighed again and put his hands on the back of his neck, then leaned back on the couch. He was so tense. And that may be from the stress he was putting on himself. Maybe they weren't that mad. He glanced at Ayre. No, no...he was probably that mad. He gulped and returned his eyes to the ceiling, relaxing against the back of the couch. He tried to start a non-angry conversation. "Well, you met Ophelia," he smiled at Ayre, "Isn't she perfect?"

Ayre looked at Galient. He swallowed feeling uneasy. Ayre could feel a slight anger within him but for now he was more confused than angry. The male clasped his hands in his lap and looked down. "Your right. It was selfish." His tone was harsh for a second but he took a breath. "Yet I can't blame you for it. Part of it was my own unexplainable misfortune. If I were in your situation I probably would have done the exact same thing..."He sighed and ran a hand through his hair. Ayre felt like he would rather be facing Ricky again than talking about this. Speaking of Ricky,Ayre would have to pay him a visit sometime. His eyebrow raised at the mention of Ophelia. He couldn't but chuckle slightly. "Perfect? Normally I would avoid a question like that, but yes she is perfect. You made a good choice Galient. I'm proud of you."Ayre leaned back on the couch with one of his famous twinkling smiles that seemed to bring up the mood.

Walking back into the room, Ophelia smirked. "If I was perfect I wouldn't be a vampire." Her voice was softer than before, but full of snark. It wouldn't be Ophelia if it wasn't a little snarky. What a day...and it had barely even started yet.
When she reached Galient, she slumped a little bit and leaned her head on his shoulder, looking down at Ayre. "So, why were you here in the first place, if you don't mind my asking?" She looked up at Galient, cocking an eyebrow. "Further more, what made Galient so desperate to turn you?" Standing up straight, Ophelia folded her arms. She wasn't mad, surprised yes, but not mad. All she wanted was answers. If Ayre had asked to be changed, she would be a little angry but she'd understand. She just wanted to know.

Ayre looked at Ophelia and chuckled. He leaned forward on the couch, resting his head on his hand for a moment then sighed. He looked to be in deep thought for a moment but then spoke,"Why was I here in the first place? Looking for Galient,"He smiled a little bit."There is a long story before that if Galient hasn't tole you already."His smiled faded. Ayre glanced up then turned his gaze back to Ophelia and Galient. "My own bad luck. I turned out to be too cocky then almost got killed by a vampire named Ricky,"Ayre paused. "He mentioned your name then went a little crazy so I can only assume that you know him what way or another. Am I right?"Ayre shook his head. "Anyway, Galient brought me here, fixed me up with mundane means and everything was okay,"His expression darkened slightly with memory and a surprise when he thought about it. "I'm not sure how it happened. I was talking and then it was like my body had become dis-attached to itself and I fell out the window and basically shattered myself."

Galient rested his arm around Ophelia. He nodded as Ayre spoke, clearly agreeing with everything he said. He shivered with anger when Ricky's name was brought up. Then it quickly subsided. He spoke when Ayre was finished. "You blacked out? That would explain why you couldn't answer me while you were falling..." Galient rubbed the back of his head. He turned to Ophelia. "He was dead, pretty much. I had to save him...He's my best friend. And even if he was a hunter, so was I." He looked down and closed his eyes. "It was selfish of me to turn you, Ayre...I guess I think I would've been guilty if you died while you were with me..." He glanced up at Ayre. "Guess this isn't much better for you, is it?" He swallowed and sighed, laying his head on the back of the couch. He was surprised Ayre hadn't ripped Galient's head off, either figuratively or literally, yet.
