Ophelia pursed her lips and glanced at the ground in thought. She didn't even know all the vampires in the area, how would they be able to even get in contact with them. Not to mention, she didn't know if they'd agree or not.
"That could work, but I only know of two other vampires in the area: Ricky and his sister Rori. Maybe they know the rest." She looked up at Ayre, now very worried about the situation. "Well, the hunters aren't just after vampires, right?" she paused, head reeling with options. "Wouldn't they be after werewolves too? I know there's a pack in the area, we should alert them too." She pulled away from Galient to stand up straight and hold his hand lightly. What will come to pass, she wondered. She began to space out a little bit, thinking of the possiblities, tightening her grip on Galient's hand.

Galient really didn't have much to say in this conversation. Yes, he had been a hunter and one of Stefan's best students besides Ayre and now he was a vampire, but a young one at that. He didn't really have much experience handling with giant wars. Stefan nor Ayre had told him about the Blood Scare. he was left out of a lot of things with them. It was likw they had become best friends and Galient was a third wheel, but an important, valuable third wheel. Someone they couldn't live without, Stefan had said. Galient felt Ophelia's grip on his hand tighten. He bit his lip, a little blood spilling into his mouth. He moaned quietly, trying to not bring attention to himself. "Ouch..." He suckled his lip until it seemed the sweet liquid stopped dripping from the skin. He held onto Ophelia's hand tighter, hopefully comforting her. He licked his lips as he smelled something go by. At first, it was a nice humanly smell, then it became a sickly sweet smell, like a vampire. Oh no...he thought. He recognized that smell. He recognized it all too well.

Ayre listened to Ophelia and smirked slightly when she mentioned Ricky. He quickly wiped it off his face though. Ricky had a sister? That was something he hadn't mentioned in the fight. He couldn't wait to get some revenge on that kid. The male glanced over at Galient and watched him. He seemed troubled. Well, they all were troubled but Galient seemed especially troubled by something. Ayre paused and his eyes scanned the area. The winds blew sending a scent his way. Ayre froze. The scent was something he hadn't smell before yet it brought a faint stirring his heart that told him that he knew what it was. Ayre swallowed and turned to Galient. "Hey Galient? What is that scent?" Was that what was making his friend uneasy? Ayre shifted his stance slightly and raised an eyebrow.

Galient turned slowly to Ayre, hardly taking his eyes from the forest. He lowered his voice, "It's Ricky...I'm sure of it..." His voice was barely a whisper, it seemed like he was the wind having a conversation with Ayre. Ophelia could probably hear him, too, but hopefully not Ricky. Galient knew it was him in the woods. It smelled just like him. Only, it had a changed a bit since he'd seen him. More strong...younger...sweeter. A little more feminine, it seemed. He smirked a little. Maybe he'd crossed over to the other side while he'd been gone. No, no...Because that wouldn't effect his scent. He could smell it more clearly now. It was drawing closer, like it was drawn to the group of vampires lurking by this cabin. He could smell it and it was now very noticable that it was not Ricky. A lot like Ricky, but not him. Very girly and sweet. A tender smell, like something you smell of a chocolate-chip cookie. Thick. He swallowed. Who would have his almost-scent, but be a woman? He turned to Ophelia. "No...I think it's Rori..." He glanced to Ayre, thinking, Why would she come here?

Rori walked up to the trio. They were all relatively good-looking. Not humanly possible-looking. She suspected them to be as she was: a vampire. She smiled as she smelled it as she drew closer to them. "Hello, there, all." She grinned uncontrollably. She'd found vampires and yet Ricky couldn't ifnd anything but hunters and trouble? And they counted as the same category. If only he would've looked deeper into the woods, he would've found these lovely vampires who seemed well enough to talk and nice enough to not bite her head off because she was on their territory. She held out a hand to the one in the middle, as he seemed the most hospitable in the group. Those eyes that were brown and deep with orange flecks just said 'welcome.' The hair in his eyes was dark and black, but somehow it lightened his features a bit. It looked like he was trying to be angry and sinister with his clothing and hairstyle, but he could never be. His face was too soft and loving. "I'm Rori. And you are?" She didn't know if he was a mate to the girl on the left or the man on the right or aomeone else's perhaps, and if he was she would be wasting her time by flirting with him. Of course, there would be hell to pay if he was one of the twos mate. But Rori decided to risk it. Without risk, there was no fun, right?

Ayre's head snapped to the side to see a fairly good-looking girl standing in front of him. He raised an eyebrow at her appearance. This must be Ricky's sister. The thought almost Ayre burst out laughing. He had no idea why he felt like laughing. Actually this whole situation seemed ridiculous and hilarious at the same time. Ayre swallowed down a smirk and examined the new comer. No doubt she was a vampire. A baby could have figured that out. He followed her gaze to Galient and actually did smirk slightly. Of course she was looking at Galient. He didn't feel jealous or anything just humored. Ayre crossed his arms and surveyed the scene unraveling before them all.

Galient's eyes widened as Rori held out her hand for him to take. They hadn't met before, but he had seen her before. He knew who she was, even if she didn't know him. He nodded, and let her hand fall to her side. He turned to Ayre, then to Ophelia. "This is Ophelia," he began, intrudocing them, "That's Ayre, and I'm Galient." Galient bit his lip. She had the smell of human blood on her. It was strong; new. He could sense the adrenaline through her body, like she'd been running. Hunting. He took a deep breath. "Well, what brings you here, then, Rori?" He studied her, the way she moved, and she seemed relaxed. Either that or intoxicated. She would sway back and forth every so often, that made him want to hold out his hands and catch her. He swallowed the spittle in his throat and glanced over at Ophelia. What was she thinking? Rori was clearly trying to catch Galient's attention.

Ophelia cocked her eyebrow at the young vampiress. She could tell already, that this girl was a little full of herself. Sure, the girl was pretty, but too young, only a couple years from what Ophelia could tell. Also, the scent of blood was all over her. Not to mention, Rori eyeing Galient like a fresh, bloody piece of meat. I haven't even met you yet, she thought to herself, and I don't like you. Ophelia clenched her teeth a little and relaxed. Honestly, she didn't know what to say to this person. She didn't want to snap at her. Ophelia hated to admit it but this mosquito and lovesick brother might be able to help them. She nodded to Rori as Galient introduced her to the stranger.

Rori stood, staring at Galient, then turned to the man named Ayre. Her breath caught in her throat. He was stunning. New, it was obvious, but gorgeous. She could clearly tell by the tense air that Galient was Ophelia's mate. But Ayre, it seemed he was attached to nobody. Rori smiled sweetly and let he gaze turn into a loving one instead of seductive. She blushed and held out her hand to Ayre. "Hi." She simply said. She looked through her bangs at him, her head tilting toward the ground. She smiled sheepishly and her feet were awkward, moving every so often when she felt it necessary. What in the world was she doing? Rori blinked nervously, waiting for Ayre to shake her hand. "I'm sorry if I'm intruding," she confessed to Ayre, "But I heard someone over here and I wanted to meet you. I haven't exactly met a lot of vampires around Dawson." Rori chewed on the inside of her lip.

Ayre observed Rori. He didn't give her the cold 'up down the down look' just absorbed the main details. He smiled warmly and shook her hand. Her skin was soft. "Hello, as Galient told you, I'm Ayre." He dropped his hand to his side and chuckled lightly. "Don't worry. You didn't intrude at all. " Ayre ran a hand through his hair. "In fact you came at the perfect-"He trailed off. Ayre caught another scent. One that he faintly reconized. How did he reconize it? It was almost the same scent Rori had except for the fact it was more...masculint. Oh God. Ricky. "Galient..."Ayre spoke slowly. This was the worst time right now that Ricky was to show up. Ayre clenched his fists.
